Alternative Dispute Resolution
What is Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)?
When families and districts disagree during any part of the IEP process, ADR supports finding mutually agreeable educational solutions through productive and respectful communication at the local level. The ADR process does not interfere with any future use of due process procedures and can be initiated by either party at any time.
